Visa
Visa requirements differ from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. Visitors to Hong Kong must hold a passport that is valid for at least six months after their intended stay in Hong Kong. Visitors from most countries are not required to obtain visas and can stay for periods varying from 7 days to 180 days, depending on nationality.

If you need a Letter of Invitation to apply for attending the Symposium, please send your request along with the following information by email to iserashk2026@gfs.gov.hk:
- Your full name as shown in your passport
- Your passport number (if you wish us to include it in the invitation letter)
- Your title and institution
- Indicate the capacity/capacities in which you will participate in the Symposium , e.g. as a keynote speaker , discussant and/or moderator , Please also provide the title of the keynote speech you will present (if applicable) and/or the title of your assigned panel.”

- Postal address
- Email address for receiving the letter of invitation (in PDF format)
All personal information provided to us will be treated as confidential. The information received will only be used for the purpose of issuing the requested invitation letter.
The invitation letter is only intended to facilitate participants' leave, travel and visa arrangements and DOES NOT imply the provision of any financial or other support.
